OUR MISSION
THE PRODIGY PROJECT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that seeks out some of the most talented teens and invests deeply in their character. We work with young filmmakers, musicians, and entrepreneurs, using storytelling as the common thread in how culture gets shaped.
We help our participants:
Discover their personal story and authentic voice
Clarify their core values and moral compass
Develop a sense of social responsibility for their talent
Through intensive camps and ongoing mentorship, we build a tight-knit, international community of creative young leaders. Intentionally small, designed for outsized impact— and a better world.
SPONSOR
We are seeking sponsorships from businesses and private individuals for both monetary and in-kind contributions. What is unique about this program is the amazing about of content it produces. Each year, every sponsor is included in our annual sponsorship card which is attached to the 40 short films we make. These films notoriously win youth film festivals and are shared around to influencers.

VOLUNTEER
If our staff was paid their full professional rate, this program would be far too expensive to remain accessible to deserving students. A passion for the power of storytelling and a heart for paying it forward is what allows this high caliber, high staff-to-student ratio. We are extremely grateful for our volunteers and make a special point to assure that our loyal staff remains more filled up than drained by any work given to Prodigy.

Note: We currently have a high demand to work at Prodigy Camp and can only accept so many volunteers. The best way to get involved is to volunteer for year around program support. If you have an idea for how you might be able to contribute to the overall Prodigy mission, let’s chat!
