“SPARK” by student Sean Treacy, shot in 3 hours at camp

Prodigy’s Oscar-Qualified Short

Shot at the height of a pandemic, enough. was an extraordinary grassroots effort by Prodigy Camp in an effort to amplify one of our own. Attracting dozens of volunteers including Eminem director, Caleb Slain, and the gofundme backing of over 100 supporters, this community pulled together to shoot this ambitious hip hop film that explores Nathan Nzanga's journey from quirky kid born to Congolese immigrants, to an idealistic teen artist, to a frustrated young man struggling to overcome pain and cynicism.

Against all odds, this community-made film became and Oscar-qualified short screening at Tribeca and more. Watch it and share it today!

NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2025 CAMPS

Innovators: May 30 - June 3, 2025

Film & Music: July 20 - 27, 2025

Intimidated by the word “Prodigy?” Don’t be.

While some of our students have worked on major Hollywood pictures, we very often accept teens who have never picked up a camera or microphone.

This year we kick of our Innovator camp as well, to continue offering the same mentorship and support to the next generation of change-makers.

What we care about is authenticity and a drive to be a storyteller. You have nothing to lose, so take the first step today.
